Earlier this month, the MUS Lower School student council sponsored a dance featuring the music of #2ndGen with our own eighth-grade student Harrison Finks on keyboards. The crowd of about 300 experienced the additional attraction of #DJChromaticChange (MUS seventh grader Cash Brown) featuring our own eighth-grade rap artist Deion Harris, a.k.a. #NotThatDeion.

Developing leadership in a school culture requires that schools forge opportunities for emerging leaders to take risks, to take the stage, and to experience what is required in order to step into an opportunity. Hopefully, we all accomplished such a feat at our dance.
We are proud of these young people who work very hard and long hours at their craft after completing their academic assignments thus making life fun for their friends, making the school a better place.
Now, more 2ndGen!
